Piercing policy

1) *DEPOSITS* -All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. 2) *NO ID, NO PIERCING* -Any person getting pierced must show valid, government issued photo ID (i.e. passport, driving licence, citizen card) regardless of age. -All age requirements are shown on the title of the service being booked. -If the person getting pierced is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must also provide valid ID. We may ask for further documentation proving guardianship, for example, if parent and child have different surnames or if the guardian is someone other than a parent, so please ensure you have this to hand if necessary. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification on which documents to bring. -Failure to provide the correct documentation will result in the refusal of service and the deposit being forfeited. 3) *RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION* -Changes requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment may be accommodated within a one week timeframe. -Any alterations made after this 48 hour cut-off will require a new deposit to be paid in full upon rebooking. -If you don't re-book and instead choose to cancel an appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. 4) *NO-SHOWS/LATENESS* -Not showing up for an appointment will result in your deposit being lost. Clients who no-show 3 times or more will be unable to book further appointments. -Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time will result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. This policy is in place to comply with legal regulations, as well as ensuring the safety of our clients and our services. Your cooperation and understanding is very much appreciated.
